The contact form does not store messages in the website database.

Your entries are arranged into a message and opened in WhatsApp after you press submit.

Contact form data

The form requests your name, WhatsApp number or email, enquiry type, preferred reply method, and message. Administrators use this information to understand and respond to your request.

Sending through WhatsApp

After you press “Continue to WhatsApp”, you are redirected to WhatsApp. The message is sent only when you send it from WhatsApp. Your use of that service is also subject to WhatsApp’s privacy policy.

Administrator portal accounts

The portal uses account identity, email, role, sign-in sessions, and security activity records to control access. Administrators create accounts and grant only the permissions required for each user’s duties.

Cookies and session security

The website may use cookies required to maintain signed-in sessions and protect the portal. They are not used for advertising. Sign out and avoid accessing internal data on a public device.

Data retention and access

Operational data is retained while required for services, security, accountability, or foundation obligations. Access is limited to authorised administrators. Requests to review or correct data may be sent to the Foundation Admin.

Information security

Do not include passwords, PINs, OTP codes, payment card numbers, or complete identity documents in the form. Ask the administrator for secure delivery instructions before sending official documents.
